Literacy Boot Camp

Service Description

Back for another summer, our Literacy Boot Camp will get your child reading and writing with confidence in the new school year! Using methods rooted in The Science of Reading and Orton-Gillingham, learners will interact with sounds, syllables, and morphology to make meanings and connections with literacy. From drilling down foundations to getting a sneak peek on content to come, learners will use art and movement in addition to traditional methods to make literacy come alive! Open to students of all elementary school ages (K-5th). Learning will be individualized and differentiated based on skill level. Please note that this camp is more academically focused than our Back to School Camps, with an increased amount of time devoted to individualization and skill level. This is perfect for students who need a true boost over the summer.
