Drew Tye Ruby-Howe is a professional fine artist based in DC. Over the last ten years, Ruby-Howe's original and custom artworks have been exhibited in art galleries, commercial venues, and editorial print in Philadelphia and Washington, DC.

Drew works from her magical art studio in Cleveland Park, DC, a bright, warm, and calming space she describes as "walking into her imagination." Studio tours are available by appointment, offering a glimpse into the creative process behind her captivating art. She also offers private classes.

Drew received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Drew believes that EVERYONE is an artist. Art and expression manifest in different ways for different people, but she sees the creative light in all people. When that light is nurtured and supported, it can meaningfully improve one's mental wellness and clarity of purpose.

'In my free time, I am painting - whether on huge canvasses without paintbrushes at my studio or with craft supplies at the kitchen table with my two amazing, creative daughters. I also read and write poetry, listen to music, spend precious time with my people, and take long outdoor power walks as often as I can - I've completed three speed-walking half marathons and plan to do more. I get the most joy from my creative practices, and through building meaningful welcoming spaces where folks can gather and connect authentically.'
